Excellent. The wait was over an hour, but that was because I was told to come in early. I didnt find out until I got in procedural room that it was bc there was a pt that ended up taking longer than expected. Made sense, wish I knew sooner. Everyone was very nice. I woke up at very end of procedure, which was okay I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. The only thing I could say negative is for the provider in training or residency program to introduce himself. He came in procedure room and just started to ask questions without asking my name or introducing himself. As he was speaking to me the nurse assisting came in and introduced me to him. Everyone else told me who they were and their role. I went back to recovery, offered a drink and my husband came in. Dr. Patel came over spoke with us and I went home. You guys are great!

Had a colonoscopy here a couple days ago & received excellent service. Everyone was so nice & really seemed to care about my welfare. This is a great place to go if you need their services. I am scheduled for an endoscopy here in a couple weeks & have no qualms about the service or expertise I will receive.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable. Dr Hellstern is great Anesthesiologist was great. I have been going to him for about 30 years and have had many colonoscopies and it's always been good.

Excellent experience . Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were truly happy to be at work and attended to their patients. I think Everyone took a turn to get the IV in on me LOL but they finally got it and they just kept apologizing but it was fine. I had zero complications after the procedure. Overall a great experience for what it was.

Amazing! The staff was efficient effective kind and very knowledgeable. Dr Patel is a brilliant diagnostician and has excellent bedside care. From the tech that inserted the iv tube in my hand with such care to the Anesthesiologist who greeted me & wheeled me into the surgery room, to the nurse & Mattie & Jessica. You all made this experience so positive and easy. A big thanks to all & many blessings for your generosity of spirit & willingness. I will recommend your office/center & Dr Patel to my family & friends.
