This facility is excellent! The staff is very kind, pleasant, and helpful. Everyone is efficient and very professional. I’ve been there three times and I’m baffled by the negative reviews. I think some people are just grumpy at any medical appointment and take it out in a review.

I had a procedure on 10/21/25. The staff was exceptional. I especially want to compliment the nursing staff. Nurse Wendy was very helpful, efficient, courteous, and put me at ease before and after the procedure. And of course, Dr Bloom, who I come to Florida from snow country, the only doctor I truly trust. Kudos for your expert staffing. I highly recommend this facility for any and all surgeries, the facility is spotless and impressive.

I recently had a procedure done at the Coral Ridge Outpatient Facility by Dr. Hotte. The entire staff from receptionist, nurses in pre-op ( Tina and Kevin)…anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, post-op staff and of course Dr. Hotte were so professional, kind and reassuring. The facility is clean, well staffed and everything ran right on time. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of their services!

From the Gals at the front desk to all the Nurses and wonderful Staff, my time at CROC made the awkward procedures like a walk in the park. Kathy, Christina and Diana made sure post opp was comfortable. Cowboy Hats off also to the Doctors.
