Being a registered nurse for 30 years, I'm not used to being the patient. I have to admit I now have complete confidence in this facility. From the lady at the front desk all the way to post-op recovery, these people are phenomenal. The biggest compliment I can give is everyone that works here is qualified to work here. Post-op day one, I have absolutely no pain and am breathing better. Thanks to all for the great care !

Holy moly - this place is amazing! I am speaking for two separate experiences, two years apart too. In 2022, I had a surgery here, and a few months ago - my husband had one as well. Both experiences were top notch. From the receptionist to the nurse to the anesthesiologist to even billing - everyone was amazing, going above and beyond. I would give this surgery center 6 stars if I could! Never in a million years did I think I would leave a 5 star rating for a surgery center, but that’s how great this place is!

Never will use them again. Waited in car for 4 1/2 hours for my wife's simple surgery that should have taken 1 1/2 hours including pre and post operation. The surgeon did not arrive till after his scheduled time. I found out later that there were 3 other patients ahead of her. I was worried there was a problem with her surgery. Poor communication on their part. They had my cell number.

Today was my surgery there. They treated me so well. I’m impressed by their kindness. From beginning to end. They are all sweethearts. I hope I will not need any surgeries in the future but if I do, I would be happy to go there again.

Unfortunately second time here. Been operated best hospitals NYC. These folks are great. Never a good experience when it comes to surgery but they make it a comfortable and stress free as possible . Friendly, clean and efficient. If its your turn here, no worries. You are in good hands. The last words of my friend Dr Backstrand told me me before sedation .He was correct.
