This is a great facility with an awesome staff that provides exceptional care. Nayvi is super caring with a great personality and a warmful attitude. Mike is very reassuring and Doctor Dykes is excellent as always.

Medical staff and facility are fine. However I was overcharged almost $815 and have been getting the runaround ever since. I was told they couldn’t refund back to my care credit, then told I would be mailed a check, then told I could be refunded back to my care credit. I honestly don’t care just give me my money back. I am promised a call back with the resolution every time I call and I never get that call back. Billing department is outsourced and horrible. Doesn’t answer or return calls. I have been speaking to them for 3 weeks now. Seriously ridiculous.

My wife had a colonoscopy here today. Atmosphere and staff were awesome. The staff kept my wife and I updated all the way thru the procedure. We would come back again if any other procedures are needed.

My wife had surgery at this facility. While the building itself was nice, the management was severely lacking. They seemed disorganized! my wife received her pre-op call on the day of the surgery, which is unacceptable. It’s clear that whoever is in charge needs additional training. The linens were dirty, and one of the nurses, Jen, spent more time discussing her personal matters than attending to patients. I would strongly advise against using this facility, as they’re new and unlikely to last long. Also, be wary of hidden fees and be sure to ask about anesthesia charges.
