Dr Mark E Farmer and his very efficient & kind staff where outstanding. Im not good on opiodes and I get very frustrated with everything..the operating rm & Recovery & Prep room staff had to see that side of me. They never once complained this is the Epitome of kindness and professionalism I can't thank them enough. 💗 Great staff from reception to operating room & recovery room..they all have the patience of Saints...trust me I don't like me on Opiodes not pretty...just saying....Great facility & Dr Mark E Farmer has a sincere bedside manner. And was very thourou at my pre op visit. I can't thank them enough for there kindness and sincer patience. This surgery center is run with a more than a competent team ..they are the Epitome of Excellence & professionalism & trust me id have slapped myself for my opiode outbursts....lol I apologize to all the staff for my horrible behavior...im not very nice on opiodes trust me..just saying.. Peace Love to this 20 star... A-Team🫠😊✌️❤️ Day 2...24 hrs later Jiffy knee is fantastic..walked most of the day and went up and down steps most of the day. I have swelling and pain is manageable with Tylenol and I actually needed a pain pill tonight o think I over did it today. Using Cryogenic ice pack as well and its great Amazon 70.00 worth every penny. I couldn't be happier with my results..Thank you Dr Mark E Farmer your a rock star in my world My neuropathy in the same foot is all but gone so looks like knee two is next..😆

Went in for an epidural steroid injection 💉 The nurse marked the wrong side of the back. Then tried to hide the error. Then, they didn't communicate with the person waiting for the patient. Completely disappointed.

I just arrived home from having my R Hip replacement at Riverwalk Surgery center. It was by far the BEST experience I've ever had at a medical facility. And I've had several procedures. From the time we walked in the door..The front desk Associate was friendly. The Nurses were ALL awesome, so friendly, kind,caring and comforting.They had me snuggled in all warm and gave me something to help with my mounting anxiety. The Anesthesiologist was incredibly informative and explained things step by step. The surgical team...made me feel so safe and comfortable Had me wrapped up in warm blankets. Even around my head like a Hoodie as they prepped. After the procedure ,lthe nurses let me wake up on my own...didn't rush me. helped me dtess...they were patent and considerate. I have to have my other hip,and both knees done in the near future....Riverwalk Surgery Center is where I'll go!!!! I can't praise them ENOUGH.

Definitely you need to train Ayleen to be more professional because clearly with that rude nasty vocabulary she has towards patients is not good. If you don't like your job go find another one. To have someone like that represent your company is not good. She should be embarrassed by the way she conducts herself in a professional environment. Negative example to have in the office. Very disrespectful to call someone a dump. Is very easy to be rude over the phone thinking I didn't hear her. How dare you. If this is the type of people you have in office can't imagine the deplorable stuff you guys allow to happen.I don't recommend this place to anyone who values respect. She has no shame being very deplorable and disrespectful to the people who are seeking medical help. Very negative to have someone like that in office.
