Team is kind although the 45 minute wait to be taken into the prep (pre-surgery room) was unacceptable especially that I was charged a few thousand for the surgical facility which is a fee in addition to Dr. Frantz's fee and the receptionist told me they are waiting for a bed to become available. Terrible system. Get more beds! No patient should have to wait. Better to be ready for your patient then to make one wait in uncomfortable seating... without ability to drink water, coffee or any fluid. It is really inconsiderate. Again, bad way of running a surgical facility.

Possibly the most, kind, intelligent, helpful, humorous, caring, skilled people I've ever dealt with in any situation. Dr. Frantz is a genius, truly, and applies all of initiative to have patients receive the most professional and kind treatment ever. Oh, and I can see clearly now, too, so that alone is worth 5 stars but the staff, including and most of all Dr. Frantz, are simply overwhelmingly skilled at patient care. They truly care. I'm so happy I found him and my insurance approved him.
