I came for a procedure and used the concierge service they recommend in the packet of information. I was repeatedly told I’d be able to talk to the doctor after the procedure if I had questions. I had questions, but they wheeled me out and said the doctor only talks to family members and since I used the concierge, I wouldn’t be allowed to speak to him. I could read his findings in the print out/paperwork. I explained my issue to the nurse who does the follow-up call and she said I should’ve been able to talk to him. Dr. Lerner called to discuss the matter and left a message asking me to call him back. The woman that answered the phone said she’d see if he was available, she left me on hold until it went to voicemail. She never came back to the call. I haven’t been able to talk to anyone and I’ll never have anything done here again.

This was my first time having surgery, and despite some hiccups with scheduling, from start to finish everyone here has been absolutely wonderful! From the client service representatives, to the nurses, and anesthesiologist, every one was comforting and informative. They definitely eased my stress and made surgery as pleasant of an experience as one can. I would highly recommend them!

I wish I could give 0 stars. We went for sinus surgery twice. The first time they forgot to tell my wife not to take one of her medications that would have interaction with the surgery, so we had to reschedule. Don't worry they still called the next day to see how her recovery was going from surgery (that we didn't have). Then when we returned the second time they tried to charge us again. They held the $2k from first visit, so once that was straight she went back again. Less than an hour later(still no surgery), they rushed her to ER. This place almost killed my wife twice, and when we approached them about a refund for a surgery that never happened, they actually told us we owed them $43. This place is a joke, and you should avoid it at all cost.
