I had my first experience on Tuesday. Dr Chipman and the staff at the surgical center made it a good experience for me! I was nervous, and the staff calmed my nerves. The process was efficient, and I was in and out within the hour. The registration process was fast, too. Thank you all for the positive experience.

First contact I had was the pre-screening call from Betty: Rude and Sarcastic! Then on the day off surgery, I am sitting in waiting room 3 hours with no explanation from staff! Absolutely no consideration given to patients or families! Family members aren’t even allowed to leave to get food when they are waiting 5 freaking hours!!!

After assisting in my abdominal surgery they did not follow my care after getting an infection. Dismissed my concerns about adhesions. Would not recommend

They do their job which they should be doing so kudos for that however patients continually wait well past appointment time. I am here numerous times a year for my mother's shot. This last time was 1 hour past appointment time - that is ridiculous and shows no respect for people's time. Not sure why this is acceptable in the health industry whereas no one would put up with it elsewhere. Poor time management and organization. Plan on packing a lunch.
