Apart from excessive time in waiting room due to physician's delay, the service was excellent once inside the holding area. Kudos to Lora for getting me ready and relaxed in the holding area, Michalea from pre-operative staff and Amanda from recovery. All such nice people.

The person that answered this phone was the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered calling a doctor's office whoever answers their phones needs to be fired I talk to two different women and a man and they all had a stank attitude every single one of the ones that I got did not help solve the problem and kept acting like it wasn't their problem if this is the face of y'all's company this is horrible do not I repeat don't even call this place because you're wasting your time they're they're just there for a paycheck You want to get a taste of this go and talk to somebody off the street because that's how they treat you like you ain't nobody and they they don't care what you got to tell them this is the worst customer serviceI have ever even had with receptionists have never talked to me rude and extremely unprofessional 3 different people !!

Was told to be at facility to pick up my colleague at 8:15am because they don’t like when people are late . Said procedure would start 7:30-8:15 and will be finished before 9am. Colleague didn’t get operated on until 8:40am. Didn’t leave this place until 10:35am. Sat here and wasted what could’ve been a productive morning routine and still get to the facility while colleague is finishing up. Do yourself a favor and give yourself extra breathing room for whatever time they tell you to be there. ex. Pick up: 8:15am, realistically 10am Staff was nice, just timing is off

Went in for a colonoscopy, I must say for the procedure that I was getting done it was very pleasant. lol Front desk was very helpful getting me seen, although they missed my appointment on there schedule they still fit me in. The nurses were amazing and made me feel informed and safe through every step. Dr. Navas was great and stopped by before I left to let me know all went well. Special thank you to RN Sandi, Martha and Elissa and CRNA Melissa!! You ladies Rock!

Yesterday I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and as everyone knows the prep is a very memorable experience. When I arrived at the clinic my temperature was taken and I was greeted. Once it was time for my procedure I was taken back by the nurse who was very efficient and kind. I was visited by my physician Dr. Ross who made sure I was ready and so was he. Dr. Ross has an excellent bedside manner and is just a pleasure. Then the nurse anesthetist and the nurse who put in my IV came in we discussed Anastasia and what steps would be next. The nurse who put in my IV was excellent I didn’t feel a thing! My procedure went smoothly and when I woke up In recovery Dr. Ross was there to explain and review his findings. My recovery nurse was kind and gentle as she helped me get dressed and ready to leave. This place is a well oiled machine. The staff was amazing and the customer service was outstanding! I really appreciate each and every person that touched my experience yesterday. Many thanks to all of you. WELL DONE!!!
