Never have system, scheduled for one hour and make you wait too long, poor customer service, cancelation of appointments once you there. Worts recod personnel. Request your medical records and wait 3 months calling every week.

The wait time is absurd. Even if you have an appointment, you still have to wait up to 3 hours to be seen. It was the same during three visits. The appointment scheduling is a mess. If you want your time to be wasted, this is the perfect place.

Yesenia and the Nurse Practitioner, Beth were really nice. The nurse was very thorough and knowledgeable before my surgery. Sarah is also nice and made me feel at ease when I went in to get my cataract taken out.

The Doctor and his whole staff are very nice . It’s a nice place to go . They will take care of you well. But here’s the BUT, even when you set up a scheduled appointment you still do not get seen for thirty minutes or more. Obviously he is popular and well liked .

Great doctor but the wait time is ridiculous. 2 hours in the waiting room to see the doctor then another 30 minutes waiting to sign out after you are done. They are overbooked and under staffed. Not enough parking for the amount of people they book.
