Yes, it is a very old building with ratty old furniture, but, the PEOPLE who work here were wonderful! 5:45am colonoscopy and the minute I came through the door they were cheerful and pleasant. I would like to thank Amber, Julie, Jennifer, and the anesthesiologist Brenda. You were all so nice, and comforting.
BAD BAD BAD office. The office name said Advanced Gastroenterology but hardy advanced. The woman told me to my face their office is not an advanced office when I checking in and I have to go somewhere else because they can not do an EDG on me because I already had too many procedures before. I definitely not recommend this office for anyone. avoid it and save yourself time to look for some place else. I can't say enough. JUST DON'T USE THIS FACILITY.
This is unbelievable I come in no help I paid 150$ and they did not even help me with my issues and they gave me pills and sent me out I want my money back I'm highly upset and never will be coming back again horrible experience do not come here this place just wants money and run they just are here to give you random pills and run that's horrible I'm not giving up I will find a way to get my 150$ back no service what's so ever literally a doctor told me in the hospital I need to get a Endoscopy and doctor was telling me I did not need that lol makes no sense worst place to go I do not suggest anyone to come here they just want your money horrible service
I had a colonoscopy performed recently and this office couldn't have been nicer. From the receptionist on in, everyone was really professional. Arnell got me set up and checked out medically, then Jennifer came in to start the IV. Ms. Moody got me safely to sleep and the procedure by Dr. George took only 15 minutes. Having a colonoscopy scares some people and the prep isn't much fun, but it sure beats the alternative of finding out too late that you have a problem growing.
As a nurse with over 10 years of experience and having first hand experience of this office, I would not recommend. - Poor to no communication - Lack of follow through - Inability to address acute issues or concerns - Constantly booking out, at times over a month, sometimes longer. - Lack of empathy from staff I did bring my grievances to the attention of the office manager, Janice, on a Friday. No follow up, called 5 days later and was advised she went on vacation. My issue was still not addressed by interim manager.
