From start to finish, the team was professional, caring, and reassuring. I cannot say enough about how comfortable everyone made me here. They were all so kind and caring. They knew I had lots of anxiety and did everything they could to distract me. All the nurses I encountered were great! The CRNA talked calmly to me while getting ready to give me medicine and continued to comfort me while giving the medicine. Dr. Silverstein was absolutely great and held my hand the whole time they were getting me ready and giving me the medicine to go to sleep. I cannot remember all the names (whatever they gave me worked😂). The center was clean and organized and they were very efficient.

Excellent service from check in with Veronica, my preop nurse Saura, Frank, my anesthesia team for keeping me breathing, Liz my recovery room nurse and Dr. Silverstein who is the best GI doctor in Palm Beach County. Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable.

This review is strictly for the outpatient center and billing. The service I received from the medical team was excellent. The outpatient center bills are insanity. Even with full medical coverage the out of pocket costs they work in through artificially inflating costs of the procedure is wild to say the least. I would really weigh the costs before using this facility as it will not be cheap. Would not recommend the hassle of trying to get your money back, calls with insurance, and trying to be your own insurance adjuster. They will bill you separately for all services so it will see like a wave of bills. I had one individual from the billing department just hang up on me when I had questions. There were several charges they billed me for that I later discovered my insurance covered. I will now have to wait and hope I receive a refund.
