Plan accordingly! Appt was at 11 am, I waited 3 1/2 hrs but once in the back it was smooth sailing. The ladies are the sweetest and most helpful. Starting with Naika and Kathy who were professional and funny so you forget the wait time to waking up and having Sheri's (Lady in Purple) warm hands and Mariann to know your done and can go grab food. Also Staci and Claudia in the front who are doing their best at keeping you updated so y'all behave. Thank you and see you in 10 yrs 🙏

My team was amazing very pleasant and very sweet. My pre op nurse Sheri was very kind. Staci who did my check in was very prompt. Maddi who did my IV was soft and gentle. My room nurse Jessica was very informative. Last but not least my post op nurse Cindy got my out in a timely manner and was very sweet. Thank you again for making this not pleasant procedure very pleasant Merry Christmas.

Staff is amazing. The schedule was a little behind but the experience was pleasant. Staci at check in was quick and dealt with complaints about the schedule calmly and professionally. Sheri in Pre op was kind,, personable and easy going. Jessica in the OR was kind. Dr. Woody, anesthesiologist, was friendly, quick, and easy going. Mary Kay in Post Op was calm and thoroughly explained things, and made sure all was well. Overall, a great experience.

I had a great experience at the Surgery Center of Lakeland Hills Boulevard for my colonoscopy yesterday. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Everyone on the team was incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. A special thanks to Marianne (Pre-op RN), Dr. Woody, and Glenda (Post-op) for their excellent care. They were happy to explain every step of the procedure, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed.
