I had a colonoscopy done today and the whole staff was wonderful. They were so polite, professional, informative, etc. Dr. Montenegro, Dr. Dawson, please forgive me for not remembering the whole staff that helped me but everyone was great!! If I could give you more stars I would. Thank you all for all you did today and for all you do on a daily. GOD bless all of you!!!
The staff was friendly and helpful. Good experience. My nurse Morgan was awesome! Great guy. I wish a little of that would rub off on my provider. Barely spoke 2 words to me. I would return again.
I know some talk about the preparation for certain procedures and they almost died not eating or drinking. Get a grip people!!! This facility was very professional, from check in to Lynette helping with registration to Doris and Heidi being right by my side. They gave me warm blankets and told me everything that was happening from the first minute. Dr Ellington/Gynecology knows what he is doing and will give the best care. Thank you to all that made me feel at ease! Yes, lots of people there in the waiting room and some of them need to be less codependent bringing there partners or spouses to take up all the seats.
My nurse was great, her name was Cheryl S. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was okay. She made conversation and was very personable. She deserves a daisy 🩷
Poor communication. Arrived to find out that another test had to be done prior to procedure, but no one ever told the patient that. So, after preparing and anticipating procedure, fasting and arriving on time, patient was told it couldn't be done. Would have been nice if SOMEONE had communicated to the patient prior to day of procedure. Phone number and email is clearly on all patient accounts. Also, woman at the desk needs another job. She sounded like a robot to all arrivals and with the same emotion as a robot. Clearly burned out. Not impressed at all with this place. Unfortunately, we will have to go there to get procedure done-that's where the MD does them.
