I want to be fair that the wait was reasonable (45 mins) the staff was very nice in handling me to room. The only red flag I felt was that the staff appeared too nice as if they were fearing authority of whoever is managing the facility. I want to make everyone aware that the policy needs to be at least 3 weeks or more from the previous surgery, otherwise, they will escort you out and getting your money back will be a huge pain. I was never told this. The office managers, Estella, Lynette and Dellah needs to be investigated for the way they are handling their practice

This is really an amazing place. All of the workers are so nice and really care about your well being. They take good care of you and know what they are doing. I had my procedures done by Dr Marney Goldstein. From the minute you meet her you feel like you are in good hands.you can feel that she really cares and when she speaks that feeling is reassured. I have been seeing a lot of doctors over the past few years but they do not compare to the care you get here. I wish that all of my care could have been done in this caring place. They are an amazing team.

It would appear that good communication is an issue for this place. A few days before my colonoscopy, they called me to confirm my appointment and I had to answer a questionnaire. I arrived at the time of my appointment and they informed me that my appointment was cancelled without any notice. They told me that they cancelled it since they were out of network from my insurance. There was no way that I was going to reschedule as it was a pain to go through the prior day of laxatives and liquid dieting. To their credit, they at least honored my appointment time and was understanding of my situation, but I had to pay out of pocket. It is imperative that this place improve their communications. This appointment was set many weeks ago. They could’ve informed me weeks before that they were out-of-network so that I would’ve had a chance to call my doctor and figure out a solution where there was an outpatient facility that was under my insurance’s network. Preparing for a colonoscopy is not a walk in the park and good communication is key Overall, they did a great job. Very friendly staff. Just need to improve with communication and they’ll be great.

I was referred here by my PCP. Dr. Sof and his team are excellent! The center is well run with multiple calls and reminders to check on you for your procedure up to the very day. Dr. Sof makes this a seamless process that is comfortable even with such a sensitive topic as colonoscopy is. He answers all questions thoroughly, and his nurses are very helpful. The center is clean and discreet. The procedure didn't take a long time and nurses were very attentive. Throughout the whole process (preop, op, etc.,) there were updates sent thru text to the designated loved one, which was helpful and reassuring. Highly recommend Dr. Sof!! Great care provider! ❤️

Easy parking easy checking. Very clean. They keep you posted about every step of the procedure and patient pick up. Very pleasant helpers and Doctors and nurses. Streamlined service yet caring. .
