6:30 am appointment, said they were behind. Waited 50 minutes after appointment time before getting called. How can you be behind at 6:30 in the morning? Poor way to run a business. They should be paying me for my time.

Doors open at 9:00 sharp. More than early enough for 9:30 appt. 10:20 finally called back. Waiting room is starting to fill up. No way to run a business or treat patients!

The staff at this office Was phenomenal today and nurses were very polite and caring. I just want to let everybody know they were very nice.They were phenomenal today .And Dr Tran was very polite I just want to let everybody know this.
