I was left waiting for many, many hours past my appointment time. I kept asking but they shrugged their shoulders (literally and said no words). I have a kidney issue and no liquid is a real problem. This is ASSEMBLY LINE MEDICINE. The anesthesiologist, I wasn't entirely impressed with. Bad attitude. And I remember most of the operation. "Don't worry, we give you a drug so you forget." I was talking to the doctor during the operation. "Hey, that hurts!" I speak Spanish at a high-school level and am happy to speak it. But I do not have medical vocabulary. The follow up call was a joke as the lady could not understand that infection had spread from one eye to the second eye even though I am on TWO antibiotics. That's important, right? Then they sent me the obligatory paper survey. Spanish only. (I was able to read it well enough to complete it, but it pissed me off as a matter of principle.) Afterwards, I found out the doctor owns part of the surgery center.

The service they provide is excellent. The facilty is clean and the entire staff works deligently to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this place. I'm so glad Dr. Lascano operates from this facility.

I was very satisfied with the attention of Dr. Shapiro and his nurses. They were outstanding. HOWEVER The administration of this medical center is mediocre. After being prescribed antibiotics, I was informed that they do not send prescriptions electronically to pharmacies and I had to do it myself. I was alone and did not have anyone to go in person to the pharmacy. When I escalated the issue, I was told that they were not able to help me in any way. This was very frustrating and I felt very little empathy from their staff. All doctors I go to now are able to send e-scripts to pharmacies or at least call it in. If you go here please ask for all pertinent information to be sent to you ahead of time to avoid these type of unpleasant surprises.

Simply the best surgery center in town! My mom had surgery on both eyes and the care she received was outstanding! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Iliana and immediately she made us feel very comfortable, she treated us like she knew us forever! The nurses nourished my mom like nothing we've ever experienced before, they are so caring and sweet! Miriam, Graciela, Tania, Yadenis, Joanna and Rafael took care of my mom before, during and after surgeries, and the service and care they provided was extraordinary!! They even call the day after to see how my mom was feeling, no other center nor hospital have done that! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
