Amazing my experience today 02/17/2026 at Baptist Endoscopy Center starting with Kinishia doing triage, Jasso at the Front Desk, Alex Kayla and the whole team working with Dr Miguel Rodriguez made my day. My mother couldn’t finish the entertainment be ause in less than 30 min I was calling her to help me dress. Impressive, excellent work. Thank you so much for your love and care.

Valet parking, professional staff for check in, tech free entertainment sheet, free WiFi and coffee, minimal wait time, sufficient nurses for prep. Ran like a (caring) factory. Extra hotel-like touch with warm blankets, even when waiting outside. Tip: bring your puffy ski coat. The staff wears them, so you’ll fit right in. I went with my brother who had his procedure at another location and he was very impressed with the upgrade at the North Galloway location. Bonus points for the Valentine’s Day cards the whole staff signed for guests. Thank you!

Excellent in all aspects, starting with complimentary valet parking. Check in was pleasant and everything for me was on schedule. All staff were very nice and everything was well organized. Dr Parra saw me before and after the colonoscopy and took the time to explain everything.

I just had an endoscopy this afternoon at the Baptist Hospital facility on Galloway (SW 87th Avenue) in Miami, performed by a most wonderful, professional, caring, experienced, gastroenterologist by the name of Dr. Gustavo Calleja. I cannot speak highly enough of this doctor, and feel so lucky to have had him and his team do my endoscopy today. I must also mention that everyone at the center was incredibly warm and professional, from the moment I came in, the receptionists, nurses, the anesthesiologist, every staff member with whom I came in contact with this afternoon, was caring and reassuring, friendly and warm. I highly recommend this doctor, staff, and this facility if you need to have an endoscopy. Thank you to Dr. Calleja and to the kind, professional team that took care of me today.👍🏻👏👏❤️
