Yes Really

I have been with Dr Greene at Coastal Spine and Surgery, Middleburg, FL for 9 years. I have never been mistreated, talked down to and/or disrespected. I was reading several comments on this Medical Facility and I have to say, I don’t understand at all these negative comments/reviews. BEFORE YOU READ AND MAKE YOUR DECISION TO COME TO COASTAL OR NOT… READ THIS FIRST BECAUSE I KNOW ABOUT COASTAL AS I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT ( monthly) WITH THEM FOR 9 YEARS! Every single time, I have a problem out of the normal Chronic Pain issues, and when I voice it at my appointments I am always listened to and treated immediately or as soon as possible! I’ve never had to wait long. Maybe 3 times in 9 years! However, I am here to talk about my Middleburg’s Surgery Center experience today. I had to have a neck procedure. Less than 2 wks ago at my regular monthly medication appt, I shared with my P.A. that I had an AWFUL PAINFUL WEEK prior. I went into detail. She stopped and comforted me, addressed different procedures or medical scripts to help immediately. So, she did 2 immediate treatments right there. Then she ordered a surgical procedure asap. Well, my initial appt was for today at 1:45 EST. Then, it was ch’g to 10:45 EDT. Well, I got ready early and was just watching the clock to leave. A lady name Heather called again and again to schedule and reschedule. I have to mention her because the initial time she called me I had been crying and crying in pain earlier. She didn’t have a clue ( unless she could hear it in my voice) how miserable I was and I very rarely ever mention it and try to hide my agony. But HEATHER ( if you see this) YOUR JOYFUL, PLEASANT AND A KIND VOICE AND ATTITUDE JUST MAKES MY HEART SMILE. Then, when I was at the window checking in at the Surgery Center, she passed by and smiled the BIG smile at me. Sometimes in this life we may be out somewhere in the world and run into friends or strike up a conversation in the checkout lane, or even pass a stranger and smile as we go by… WE NEVER EVER KNOW WHAT THAT SMILING PERSON MAY BE GOING THROUGH AND YOUR/ MY SMILE MAY LIFT THIER HEART! So thank you Dr Green, every employee and today I say THANK YOU TO HEATHER for deserving far above a 5 on the appreciation scale in this review. AND BEFORE YOU READ AND MAKE YOUR DECISION TO COME TO COASTAL OR NOT… READ THIS FIRST BECAUSE I KNOW ABOUT COASTAL AS I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT ( monthly) WITH THEM FOR 9 YEARS!

There are not enough words of thanks and praise for Heather, Cheryl, Christie, Dr Netzel, the extreme love care by the nurses who tended to my husband. Dr. Bowen? (The Anesthesiologist), and everyone at this incredible facility—— you are all so appreciated! Even though it’s not close to where we live, if David needs any procedures for pain, this will be our choice. We’re fans!!
