I had a colonoscopy in November 2025 at Ventura Ambulatory surgery center. My Doctor Dr. Iskandarani pro formed the procedure. The Doctor did a remarkable job. The staff at Ventura Ambulatory surgery center was excellent.. They were with me every step of the way . The procedure was finished and I didn't realize that the procedure was finished. That's the anesthesia .I recommend Ventura Ambulatory surgery center for a colonoscopy if you want the procedure done properly.

I can’t say enough good things about this center. It’s true that the waiting time before the endoscopy is a bit long, but everyone here is extremely nice — from the nurses to the anesthesiologist, who was a wonderful and incredibly kind lady. I had an issue, and she very kindly helped me solve it so I could get the procedure done comfortably. I’m very satisfied and truly appreciate their care

I had my procedure yesterday, last night I was feeling great! I'll give the staff, everyone: from front desk, to the Drs. and janitors a 10 out of 10. The facility 10 out 10, neat and clean, the patient care linens and apparel amazingly warm and clean. However, my experience with the scheduling wasn't that good, I was scheduled at 11:30am, at 11am the front desk, kindly told me itvwas 1h and half delay, at 12m they passed me to begin the preop, and my procedure started at 2:30pm, with a terrible migraine. I MUST say that the staff made all efforts to comfort me, because of them I will think about to return next time, I understand that sometimes in medicine this things can happen. Thanks to all.

I had an appointment at this facility for more than a month in advance. They require patients to arrive one hour before the procedure, which I did. Once in the waiting room, ready for the procedure, I ended up waiting 90 minutes without any update. when I finally asked how much longer it would be, the nurse checked and returned apologizing, they had mistakenly taken other patients ahead of me. She said I would be next. I explained that I had another appointment and need to leave. Despite repeating this to multiple nurses(about six) and even the doctor, they insisted I satay, saying it would be a shame to leave whitout completing the procedure. They refused to remove my IV, effectively preventing me from leaving for another 30 additional minutes. No medical facility has the right to hold a patient against their will. Mistakes can happend, but refusing to let someone go after they clearly request to leave is unacceptable. Please think twice before using their service.

My husband and I have had numerous procedures over the years at Venture Ambulatory Surgery Center and it is top notch!! The staff is excellent, the facility is immaculate and the procedures are timely. We are big fans!!
