From checking in to helping me to my car after my procedure EVERYONE was awesome! The staff was very professional, friendly and caring. They helped this Ole gal get through the surgery in flying colors! For that I truly want to thank everyone that helped. Marion Surgery Center is very clean and runs like I fine tuned engine! Highly recommend this facility. Thank you!

It is difficult when reviewing not to "Bottom Out" or to "Totally Rave" about a Business. I want my reviews to be honest, and to openly reflect my experience at said venue. I'll start by saying that I gave five stars to Marion Surger Center for a variety of reasons. I read all of MSC's reviews and found that those who posted 4 or 5 star reviews were actual Patients who underwent procedures. The lesser rated reviews all seemed to come from Escorts to the procedures, and almost all were related to time or to attitude. I do not place value on petty issues, ever. I place a high value on what the Patients undergoing procedures have to say about the care that they received and how they perceived the staffs attitudes and well, who matters more? Does the Escort matter? Does the Patient matter? As the Patient in this review, I can safely say that the Patient matters more. Time is irrelevant when undergoing the type procedure that I had done. I didn't want anyone to rush through their assigned tasks, and I don't believe anyone did. I went to MSC to be made as close to "whole" as could be, if this eats away at the clock, so be it. I'll start with the call I received the day before my Surgery from Kraigen, who was to become my pre-op nurse. Professional, Personable and Detail Oriented is she. I was completely comfortable heading to MSC the following day, Thanks to Kraigen. Her care, as my Pre-Op Nurse at the Center, was nothing short of Perfection. In fact it seems that Perfection is a word that I must echo over and over, as each team member seemed to personify this trait! 5 Stars to Kerri and Emily my OR and Post-Op Nurses. Perfect execution of their tasks made my procedure bearable. Five Stars to Olivia the Surgical Technician. Perfect. Jared, my procedures Anesthetist, was more than Professional and Personable, he was Perfect in his duties, Thank You Jared! Finally, I come to the Surgeon, Dr. Farr. He and Quint, the ARNP, performed their duties Skillfully, and with Surgical Precision. Dr .Farr, I Thank You. Thank You for making me to feel comfortable with who you are and what you bring, literally, to the table! I highly recommend Marion Surgery Center, a Five Rating for a Five Star Facility, from a Patients perspective!

I just had total knee replacement surgery Thursday here. I can’t say enough great things about everyone I dealt with… Front desk, all the nurses, anesthesiologists and associates, and a wonderful Dr. Farr and OR staff. So kind, so respectful! 💕

I had a procedure done at the MSC yesterday and it was a friendly, caring, and quick experience. Starting with the phone call the day prior to set the report time (Kerri), I can't say enough about how caring the staff is. Receptionist Whisper, Admin Nicole, Nurses Melanie, and Jess (OR) were extremely professional and kindhearted (especially considering my early hour and coffee-less state). My anesthesiologist (Dr. Moore) could not have been better in answering questions and leading me into small talk that helped me to focus on something other than the unknown and anxiety. Dr. Farr, the surgeon, and Quint both came in to see me prior to the procedure, and they were both positive and happy to help me, explaining in detail how and what they were going to do. I could not ask for a better team! This morning I am feeling much better as a result of yesterday's procedure. Thank you Dr. Farr, Quint, and the MSC staff!

From the moment we walked through the door to the time we left, everyone was excellent! Kerri and Beth & Olivia were all friendly, caring and so understanding. I have a great deal of anxiety in a hospital setting and they made me feel at ease; even went so far as to hold my hand until I was out. Thank you all for everything!!
