My husband had surgery on 01/21/25. The Dr was great Dr Duke and staff. But facility still owes 582.68 from an over payment. Still have not received money back with multiple call between billing and insurance. It’s almost been a year still have not received my overpay. I should be compensated 30 percent interest now per month for back payment. Make sure you don’t overpay. This experience has been a nightmare, we are just a working class family.

My wife had out patient shoulder surgery, and the entire staff was great. They included Jessica, Emily, Mandy, Meredith, Dr. Bethany, Sabrina, Jordan, Jerry, Breanna, and the women at the front desk. Dr. Pushack performed the surgery, and the whole experience was as good as can be expected considering the reason for being there.

Amazing staff, from Lori at the front desk to Mandi and Meredith in Pre OP and after care, they helped relieve some of my anxiety regarding my upcoming surgery. Can't thank the anesthesiologist enough for the great job he did nor the OR Team of Sebrina, Jordan and Jerry for their great job. I really appreciate the comfort they provided; one day later, I'm feeling pretty good. Again; thank you all!

Lori at the front desk was absolutely amazing, so caring and considerate. Mandi & Kara were my nurses and took amazing care of me. They were great at communicating with my wife & made us feel like they really care about us. It was a blessing because I was really anxious for surgery. I felt like I was in great hands and I cannot express how much that means. Amazing work ladies, you've truly made in impact!

What a Fabulous experience. Entering the building, my stress level went down incredibly after seeing an old friend (Kara) from over 20 years ago. Dr. Hanff was so great performing my hip surgery. God bless you and your team that went over and above. Such a great bedside manner. I strongly appreciate everything and will recommend it to anyone.
