Every single person i interacted with from registration, ladies were smiling at 6am!, to pre-op nurse who was excellent, anesthesiologist was super friendly and professional, even the attending OR nurse came and explained things to me, then post-op nurse was extremely kind and eased my worries. Orthopedic surgeon was excellent . Seamless check in and out. Very clean facility and I would be happy to go there again if needed. Ankle Procedure was completed here today. Highly recommend

Beware! This facility engages in an illegal practice known as balance billing. I was given a quote for a surgery which I paid in full on the day of my surgery. Weeks later this center sent me an additional bill. This is illegal under Florida law. If there are any additional funds required they should be taking it up with the insurance company or their own accounting department. Furthermore, when I went to discuss this with their office, their representative had the temerity to hang up on me.

The Nurses were exemplary; very caring, patient and compassionate. I was put at ease from the moment I was starting with the registration all the way through the recovery by Courtney, Trish for her patience & understanding (she's a blessing), Rayni answered all my questions and made me confident in the surgery. Mandy, very attentive to my nervousness and very calming. There were other Nurses as well that were attentive to my needs (don't know their names) but every Nurse was superb. The Blue Springs Surgery Center is the "BEST ". Thanks you

Had a minor surgery 9/14 and everything was perfect. Catherine was my attending nurse and was excellent! She kept me informed on everything that was happening.Her bedside manner kept me relaxed! Dr. Dias was excellent as well. I had very little post surgery pain and only took six aspirin after the surgery! My anesthesiologist was excellent as well making sure the correct anesthesia drugs were used. I would definitely recommend Blue Springs to anyone having surgery.
