I dropped my Husband off for his surgery on 7/24 and I waited out side in our truck as they are only letting patients wait inside. He called me to let me know he was going back and the staff called me to let me know that he was in recovery and things went well. They answered my husband's questions and put him at ease and when he was ready to leave they walked him out with them holding his arm as they did with most everybody else but if you need a wheelchair they have one available. Dr. Gupta is very good 👍
I was scheduled for a procedure of which I had in December, and my copay for the procedure was $120. I was scheduled for an upcoming procedure, it was the same kind of procedure I just had. The office staff called me to let me know my out of pocket expense was $400. I questioned it, and then decided to call my insurance company. It was confirmed, it should be $120. So I called back and explained, I’ve spoken with the insurance company, and my portion is only $120. If they are calling to confirm benefits, they should know what the patient should have to pay, and patients should also know what to pay. So when I showed up, I was charged the correct amount, plus the outstanding balance that wasn’t charged in December. I only paid the estimated charge of $89, leaving me a $31 balance. The person checking me in and running my card was very professional and pleasant. I would give her 5 stars if I could. The nurses in the back I would also give 5 stars if that was option too. They are very attentive to your needs, letting you know what’s going on and when you’ll be next. As out of it as I was yesterday, I did mention that I hope to have the same nurses for next months scheduled procedure. I only gave the facility 3 stars only because of the back and fourth with the back office staff.
Went here for my eye surgery and felt very comfortable with the staff from the time I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist. The nursing staff was very attentive and kind. They explained everything perfectly. Especially the lady that did my IV very professional and able to get the IV in with one try. I have not had anyone that could do that for some time now. My doctor was excellent as well as the anesthesiologist. Everything went very well
I read the bad reviews and was hesitant to visit this facility. The scheduling staff was not personable in the least, which again, worried me. Most people don't write reviews when they have good experiences. I had a great experience. The nurses and staff were amazing. I am extremely satisfied with the level of care at this facility. It's outpatient surgery, so they are in the business of getting you in and out quickly, but it's done with professionalism and compassion.
Very friendly and nice staff, but they have ZERO consideration for other people's time. Like many doctors' offices, they try to make sure that the doctor's time is not wasted. That includes penalty fees for missing appointments. In this facility, those fees were nearly $200. So the patient had better be there on time. But they couldn't care less about YOUR time. They schedule appointments 45 minutes ahead of the actual surgical schedule "to make sure there is time" to read your insurance and ID cards. That is after they called you earlier to take down all the information. Then you wait. And wait. More than two an a half hours we waited, and we were not alone. "We're running a little behind." Yes indeed... and maybe you could have let us know instead of making us sit in the most uncomfortable lounge I have ever been in, with a TV you couldn't see, a cold pot of coffee made last week, and chairs recycled from a high school cafeteria. Can we charge you the late penalty you would have charged us??? yeah,,, right.
