This is actually a zero star. Its for ONE AREA ONLY- THE NURSE ANESTHETIST! JOSE. I'm not sure he is qualified to do a his job. He shied away from doing a necessary nerve block that would have saved my husband from a lot of pain waking up. Before Surgery, When I asked him questions, he started fumbling through reading material. If I could have asked for another clinician, I would've. After I saw my husband in recovery, he had a cut on his lip and also had a cut on his tongue.That was not there before surgery. It was obviously done by Jose trying to place or remove breathing tubes. My husband was in so much unnecessary knee pain, he couldn't pee- until the nurse gave him Dilaudid AND tyl/codeine. The post op nurse was very good. She eluded to them having trouble with this anesthesia group. (OMG!! ) We alerted our Surgeon ( who is great and above reproach) about what happened. We will NEVER go to this place again.

I had my knee replacement surgery this morning at this facility. From start to finish, the staff was top notch and very professional. Huge thank you to everyone there. Dr. Bonenberger is amazing and Mr. Rick is the best PA. Nurse Karen and the anesthesiologist were gentle knowing I’m not a fan of needles. The discharge nursing trio had me in stitches laughing. Great staff, and a very clean facility.
