I had a procedure done yesterday and the staff made me very comfortable, and they were very kind. They told me everything that was going to happen and were very professional. I liked that the nurse called me this morning to see how I was doing. I have a lot of health issues and only use Orlando Health. I have never had a negative experience from anyone with them. It’s hard enough being ill but having people who care around you really help.

The service was excellent!! I am a nurse, but I do not tell the staff until I am settled in and IV in place. :) The staff was excellent from Front Desk > Pre-Op > Anesthesia > Intra Op > Post Op/PACU. They were still nice when they found out I was a nurse. (hahaha) I could not have asked for a better team to make me feel at ease and treat me with the utmost care and respect. I remember laughing a lot. My doctor, Dr. Sunina Nathoo is the BEST!! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazingly caring and thorough Gastroenterologist.

The staff was amazing from the sweetheart at the front desk up to the anesthesiologist! He was a total character, I have never experienced such an extroverted team. They were full of personality and made my experience increasingly pleasant! Who would think that surgery would be an enjoyable experience? I have been in countless hospitals and urgent care centers throughout my very young life, and never have I experienced such a clean and welcoming environment. Everybody is so kind and dedicated to getting you in as soon as possible. I don’t think I waited one minute since I walked in the door. I am very happy with my experience, and if I have to deal with another recurrence or procedure, my surgeon and this facility would be my first choice! Post-op has been a breeze so far.

Fantastic staff! The nurses here were great! Professional, friendly, personable, thorough, respectful, etc. I came to this center through Orlando Orthopedic center (downtown location) and has such a bad experience with managment there that I was hesitant about my surgery w/the Outpatient Surgery center. I am glad to say I was pleasantly surprised! I had a great time. Check in and surgery was smooth. I received lots of follow up afterwards. The center itself is kind of basic in decor, but they’re clean and take care if you. 5 stars, for sure. Note: I suggest scheduling an EARLY MORNING (like 530am) surgery. They line up all the surgeries back to back, so you may be waiting a bit if you’re a person having surgery any later than 830am.

Went in for procedure and was treated with smiles, kindness, and prompt professionalism often lost in big hospitals. The nurses were awesome and were not staring at iPad or Laptops they were actually engaging one on one with me. It made me feel I was truly in good hands. They introduced the anesthesiologist and his team was just kind and comforting - it was like I was visiting friends - everyone was happy to be there and helping me in everything. I'm so happy my doctor chose this facility for my procedure if only my other doctors would too. This is what medicine is all about - making the patient feel great before and after the process. I never felt better treatment and care from so many people in a day. If you get referred to this facility, consider yourself blessed. They will make your day! God Bless 😇
