Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

HysteroscopyA slim camera passed through the cervix examines the inside of the uterus, and can remove polyps or fibroids in the same visit. No abdominal incision is involved. Cramping for a day or two afterward is normal.LaparoscopyA camera and instruments are inserted through small abdominal incisions, allowing diagnosis and treatment without a large open incision. Used for endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and pelvic pain, with recovery measured in days rather than weeks.D&C (Dilation and Curettage)The cervix is dilated and the uterine lining removed, for heavy bleeding, after a miscarriage, or to obtain tissue for diagnosis. The procedure takes 10 to 15 minutes and most people return to normal activity within a day or two.Tubal LigationThe fallopian tubes are sealed, cut, or removed to provide permanent contraception. It should be considered irreversible — reversal is not reliably successful, so it is intended for people certain they do not want future pregnancy.Endometrial AblationThe uterine lining is destroyed to reduce or stop heavy menstrual bleeding, offering an alternative to hysterectomy. It is not a contraceptive, and it is only appropriate for those who have completed childbearing.Ovarian Cyst RemovalA persistent, enlarging, or painful ovarian cyst is removed, usually laparoscopically. Surgeons generally aim to remove the cyst while preserving the ovary itself, particularly for patients who may want future pregnancy.

Absolutely abysmal phone support if you ever have an issue. You will never get through to anyone to help you. 30 plus minutes on hold on multiple occasions and no one will ever answer

I read the reviews before I went common practice for me and because my experience was so different from what I read i had to give a review myself my appointment was 1:15 by 1:30 I was in the back getting into the surgery room did take awhile but most of it was needed to answer important questions everyone was so nice the whole place is very clean and organized these people really know their stuff i couldn't be happier with my experience other than not needing them at all and if you need them too trust they deserve it and you won't be disappointed 😊

From the time I arrived with my husband for his surgery, no one spoke to me until I asked if I’d be called back to pre-op. After checking, someone else told me he had already gone into OR. No communication at all until a call from the surgeon. Almost an hour has passed & I still have had no other communication. Maybe staff needs coaching on keeping loved ones in the loop. A very disappointing experience.

Currently sitting in the waiting room while my son waits to be seen by the doctor. We arrived at 1:15 PM — it’s now 2:26 PM, and we’re still waiting. That’s over an hour with no update or explanation. It’s frustrating not to receive any heads-up that the schedule is delayed. On top of that, there are no refreshments or even a simple courtesy like water available for patients and their families. This lack of communication and consideration is really disappointing.

I had my second carpal tunnel surgery at this location. Everyone was wonderful from the minute I walked in the door. They were compassionate and understanding and knew how scared I was. I'd like to thank Renetta, Stephanie, Che, Katie, Dr sultany, Mara and Dr. Melvin Field. I'd like to thank the lady at the front desk as well for making my sign in so easy.
