I had a cataract removed this past October 21st at the Laser and Surgery Center. I was greeted by the receptionists and later by the medical team. Everyone was pleasant, smiling, and very professional. When I was getting prepped with eye drops and IV insertion, everyone who came by introduced themselves. Before anything was done, they explained what they were about to do during the prepping. It was obvious to me that the entire staff at the center enjoyed their time at work. The outcome, thanks to this team, and to my highly-skilled Ophthalmologist, Dr. Matthew Brink, went beautifully. I couldn't ask for a better medical experience and highly recommend this team of caring professionals.

I had cataract surgery at the center yesterday and want to say that although I was apprehensive and nervous about the procedure, the two ladies at the check-in desk were wonderful, helpful and assuring in getting me checked in. They helped to curb some of my anxiety. This is important to someone like me who is not used to surgical procedures and as a rule does not like going to doctors. Sharon was the nurse who prepped me for surgery, and again she was fantastic - professional and personable, she made the pre-op procedure easy and fun. She was GREAT!!! Noticed a couple of other pre-op personnel and they had caring, kind and easy manners also. Can not recommend the staff at Laser and Surgery Center highly enough and hope anyone reading this who will be going for a future procedure to know they are in excellent hands. Thank you all, again.

Having a procedure at this surgery center was by far the best outcome I could hope for. I traveled from New York to have surgery here, and I'd do it again. It was worth the trip. The receptionist, nurses, doctors, all staff were extremely compassionate and professional. The center was immaculate and my experience from start to finish was seamless. I came to have a small procedure done and the staff here was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Check-in was quick and easy, Nurse Joyce was truly the best part of the experience and made me feel super comfortable and at ease before my procedure. All staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend people to come here.

It’s a great service 👍 for patients. They are available at very early in the morning. Receptionist is very nice to help you when you come to check in then the R.N will take you to the next room so that you can get the next step for your health service. When you are getting done ✅, you are taken care of leaving! 😊
