Linda was recently seen at the center in Panama City. Dr Chan and all the staff were wonderful. Dr Chan is very caring and professional. He explained everything thoughly before and after my procedure. I would highly recommend him.

This review concerns my wife’s treatment. It started with scheduling hiccups. Her first scheduled procedure right before Christmas was cancelled in advance.and rescheduled in January. The physician again became unavailable before this one too. This time, they maintained the same procedure date with another unknown physician to be determined on that second date. It all worked out in the end. My wife was thoroughly pleased with every member of the staff. The treatment and care was flawless.

I had a great experience with my colonoscopy from start to finish. Everyone was wonderful—the front desk staff, nurses, and doctor were all professional, kind, and attentive. The facility was very clean and well organized. The entire team kept me well informed throughout the process, explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and answered all of my questions without rushing. They made sure I was comfortable at all times, and I felt great after the procedure. I truly appreciate the care, communication, and professionalism from everyone involved. Highly recommend this facility and team. Northwest Florida Gastroenterology Center runs like a well oiled machine.

Not at all like the "assembly line" -type experience endured in Tampa. Dr. Ching met with me at length immediately prior to procedures to explain what he was going to do and answered all my questions. I was in and out with no waiting on anything but my ride home. Entire staff was absolutely outstanding. I was not expecting such a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend. Now if someone could please come up with a better-tasting prep...
