Surgery is never fun, but the folks at NW Surgery Center made my medical procedure an absolute success. I am very thankful to everyone involved especially my nurses Bridget L and Leanne H for their attention to detail, care and genuine concern.

My veteran husband went to check a small lump on neck. We gave them 1st and second insurance cards. A week later we get a bill. I called and asked what happened. The inept person did not know how to submit a claim to Champ VA. I told them there is a 1 800 number on card they have on file, call for instruction. No, it was easier to throw in collection. Lazy is an understatement. Mind you he was seen for about 5 minutes and charged $350.00. Thank you for ruining his credit. I will be reporting this clinic to BBB. Shame on you.

Had procedure by Dr. Joseph a few weeks ago. The staff was courteous and professional all of the Nurses and support staff were kind and respectful. Two of my Nurses, Donna and LeeAnn, were very kind and professional. I really appreciate the thoughtful treatment given by the Nurses and support staff.The front office staff was polite and helpful. They are not allowing family members or caregivers to wait inside even if you are vaccinated and wearing a mask. Still assessing results from procedures

My husband had knee surgery a few weeks ago here. The staff was excellent and provided exceptional care. We were worried about what to expect because of previous reviews but the experience we received was nothing short of great. The building is older but the waiting area as well as the recovery area was clean and pretty up to date. I would definitely use the facility again and have no concerns about the care we would receive.
