My husband had hernia surgery, everyone leading up to the surgery and the day of the procedure were very professional. The nurses and Dr Jenks were top notch! The only thing I have is there was no coffee in the lobby for us early morning people! lol

I've had several surgeries in the past few weeks Staff were available for questions, and to speak Leaving voice mails any time I missed calls I felt safe as, under anesthesia, I'd fall I've had so many providers, it's hard to thank them all And in that back room, surgical beds wall to wall Nurses also popped in, to joke and double check The compassion here is what earned my review, and respect It was a battle with the VA to get my referrals done But the community staff moved so fast, my head spun They had me scheduled, suited up, and ready to go It was one of the most comforting feelings I'll ever know My family doesn't believe in medicine, or health I had to do a lot of growing to heal, and educate myself Because praying into a tree was the best way To fight sickness and illness, relatives would say I don't look down on the spiritual, or the odd But I believe there is a place for science, despite faith in God And you don't need to know a person's religion To be able to tell if they'll care, or even listen This place embodies the patient / doctor mission And is not a medical billing mill with corrupt ambition My health has been a battle hard fought But I would trust the staff here, without a second thought And all the education and growth I've achieved Is paying off in dividends, as I pack to move, and leave This surgery center removed my fear, and my pain A gift too valuable to rhyme about, or explain Now I head to serve others in NC, pain free There are so many things I will miss, special to me But there are also heroes here, who fought by my side And inspire me to give the quality care I'd like to provide Thank you to every nurse and staff Who took the time to check on me, and make me laugh There are many entitled people, who just don't see What a gift it is to have real providers in a small community So on the worst day, with every negative obstacle in the way Don't forget you are some of the finest working in the Bay

Today 3/10/25. Was an amazing day for me. I had oral surgery that has been many years in the making after this experience I truly believe these people were put in front of me by God himself. The entire staff is made up of a group that is second to none. Very professional, very compassionate and a pleasure to be in their hands. I had 9 teeth left in my mouth that were affecting my health and needed to be removed. Needless to say I raised 3 children and their dental needs were much more important than mine so when I had problems I would just go get and extraction and get back to work. Well the kids are all grown now and I'm finally able to make the journey to a better smile. So to make a long story short, Dr Claussen and his staff are the best I've ever encountered and I've been thru the ringer with this never being able to get the job done unfortunately. I'm writing this post surgery. After the novacaine has worn off and the anesthesia I'm completely coherent. I have no swelling, no pain and i feel better than I have in years! Thank you Dr.Claussen! To me, you and your staff are truly a gift from God. ❤️

My 8 year old had her first surgery and was super nervous. Every single person we came in contact with from Check-In to the surgeon to post-op recovery was amazing with her. I especially liked that they didn't speak to her as if her fear was just being dramatic. They took it seriously and talked her through the process. The nurses were also very attentive to our needs in Post-Op. All I did on 2 occasions was stand up or move around and a nurse would be there to check on her within minutes.
