From start to finish was incredible. I have to start off with the fact that I went to the wrong building they literally called what I call a golf cart service to pick me and my husband up to take us to the correct building, we could have easily walked it was not too far away. Check in went smoothly, the lady that helped me was sweet and what sense of humor. The staff in the operating were great and friendly. The anesthesiologist was super nice and also had a great sense of humor. I have zero complaints. Five STARS for everyone

Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Which helps lower the anxiety level before surgery. The timing was perfect. Didn’t have to wait for long periods before getting surgery.

Memorial Same Day Surgery Center has the best, most professional, kind, sweet, and caring personnel I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I've taken my mom there twice for her eye surgeries, and both times she was so completely happy with how nice and calming they all were with her. Incredible people, incredible service, incredible experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for doing what you do, and being who you are.

My first time visiting Memorial and every staff member put me right at ease. I had an amazing surgical experience and want to thank Dr Garramone and his team 100 times over! To the circulator, CRNA, CST, S-CRNA, pre-op nurse and anesthesiologist….thank you so so much for being so caring and wonderful!

The outpatient surgery center was a breeze of a process from step 1. South Florida is not known for high quality customer service, particularly in the healthcare industry. This facility and site staff blew me away. I was attended to immediately, those on the phone providing courtesy reminders were excellent, the place was incredibly clean and organized. I had to reschedule a surgery and it was incredibly simply to get me right back on the books. There were plentiful amounts of staff attending me in the OR which really made me feel safe and taken care of. Thank you all for the great work.
