The physician and surgical staff were great. The office charged me $100 more than my copay required. Requests for refund go unnoticed. I am unable to get a return phone call from people in charge. I filed a complaint with my Medicare provider. Will send letter to BBB.

This facility was amazing. Dr. Hakim (my orthopedic surgeon), Dr.Williams (my anesthesiologist) and Priscilla (my check in and recovery nurse) were so awesome. They were very attentive, they answered all my questions, made me very comfortable and relaxed. This was great because I was so nervous. A special Thank you to my nurse Priscilla, she kept me relaxed and at ease and as someone with anxiety, this is not always an easy task. She assured me I had the best doctors and they would take care of me. She was so right! Thank you to Dr. Hakim for his excellent surgical skills. I have had two previous surgeries on the same knee and my pain wasn't nearly as bad as I expected it to be. He is very kind and professional. Thank you to Dr. Williams, I have always woken up nauseous and feeling horrible after having anesthesia but not this time. I woke up with minimal symptoms. He too was very kind and professional. This facility and the staff are amazing and I highly recommend going here, they will take care of you.
