Had the best experience. Every single staff member was kind, courteous, and respectful. Great sense of humor too. This was my first time going under anesthesia so I was very nervous. But Katie, Maki, Jessica, Debbie, Sherry Crystal, Arlet, Dr Ahmadi, Dr Swaroop the front desk staff.. everyone was so so nice to be around. Thank you for taking care of me. You all are amazing!

So the staff was great during the day of my procedure. They were nice and understanding. The down fall started when they were prepping me in the surgery room. The person was telling me ok this is going to be tight and BAM, I was waking up. I had no notice they were putting me out. Then as I awoke the gentleman started rambling off what they found, mind you I was way still loopy. He pushed me out to the car and told my wife NOTHING! I left and as we arrived home my wife asked about the results, I had no recollection. I called 4 times, left messages until they closed with ZERO information.. Why do all the medical facilities fail in this area??

My 1st procedure with this center. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Well oiled machine would be my best description. Dr. Demasi was awesome. He's professional and very friendly. Rebekah and Penny are top-notch. I was very comfortable thanks to them. Penny is super friendly and very funny. She gets the golden star!! Everyone there takes pride in their work/service. Thank you so much to the whole crew!!

This place is excellent for outpatient procedures. Everyone works as a team and completes everything in an efficient manner. I was really impressed with how well everyone worked together and no matter what you needed; someone took care of it for you right away. I will definitely go back to this facility again for future outpatient procedures.
