Changed my 6 AM colonoscopy appointment to 10:45 without informing me so I showed up at 6 AM arrange rides for 6 AM procedure and they called yesterday said my voicemail was full. Funny I received other voicemails yesterday and I had the phone with me a majority of the day so I can’t believe anyone called. In addition I don’t have any missed calls from the Murdock surgery center, who has called me before as I’ve been a ride for someone else and it appears in the caller ID as Murdoch surgery center, so my phone would have a missed call on record not for that, there is room on my voicemail like I said, I had other voicemails. So that means I went through a colonoscopy prep for absolutely nothing and they weren’t even nice about it and they didn’t even warn me about being careful with my diet post prep. I had to look it up for myself. You just can’t go back to eating regular food. Really unprofessional and if I will say a little on that nasty side. Putting all the blame on my doctor and accepting none of the scheduling mishap responsibility.

Great staff. They told me to be there at 6:00 a.m. and they were ready at 6:00 a.m. checking was quick The IV was painless facilities spotless. It was here I found out I had an allergy to penicillin. The staff immediately recognized the situation in responded. Within minutes I was breathing easier and feeling better. professional knowledgeable personable and efficient. There are a lot of mediocre health care providers out there but these guys shine.

I had an outstanding experience at the Murdock Ambulatory Surgery Center on 3/14. From start to finish, the care I received was top-notch. Jamie, RN, made check-in a breeze and was fantastic, one of the few times I barely felt an IV stick! Brian, the anesthesiologist, was incredibly reassuring and quickly eased any anxiety. Though I didn’t interact much with Edith and Paige, I know from my recovery that I was treated like royalty. Debbie handled my discharge with patience and care, answering all my husband’s and my questions thoroughly. A huge thank you to the entire team for the exceptional care! Dr. Spencer came highly recommended by a neighbor, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. He didn’t send me on a wild goose chase for unnecessary tests, he listened, diagnosed, and got my surgery scheduled efficiently. Even the front desk staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this facility and team!
