I had cataract surgery. I was given a quote & paid in full. A month and a half later I got a 'surprise' bill of almost double. The reason they said is because the amount I paid in full was only an estimate. Just wow!

Staff are all very nice and helpful, however the billing department have no clue what they are doing. I do not want to speak to someone in a foreign country regarding my billing who does not understand how to have a conversation but only repeats from a script.
