The staff and the doctors are wonderful at this new semi specialist. I had a very good experience. I had cataracts in both eyes and I was scared to death. I will not lie to you, but they made me feel comfortable enough. The first surgery I went for the second one and I’m glad I did even though I had a little infection and the one I the last one, but it was the worst eye And they were real good. They took good care of me and the infection is clearing up and they’re just wonderful doctors there. The whole staff is just great. Highly recommend this company if you’re gonna be messing with somebody’s eyes.

The care is wonderful, but I've never gotten in less than 45 minutes after my appointment time. It's especially insulting when you have to wait nearly an hour after your appointment time to get taken back, just to sit alone in the exam room for another 20 minutes waiting for the doc.

I would say from the front desk, to all the testing , the tech, the doctor were all very thorough, explaining everything as they did the exams but the end desk for the next appointment and details for pricing etc was very disappointing. The young lady waiting on me was new and the lady training her was a borderline bully. She definitely lacked patience for training someone and answered my questions a few times with sarcasm. Other then that I had a wonderful experience ❤️

I had a very fast growing cataract on my left eye and lost all sight through that eye. Terrifying. I was a new patient. Everyone I encountered that worked there were extremely competent, professional, compassionate and helpful. Surgery went really well. It's what they do but all I could do was cry, I got my sight back that day, during surgery. I had been so scared for months losing my sight and that day, the doctors exceptional knowledge and skill chose the right avenue for my unique case. I'm so, so grateful to these people and I highly recommend Newsome Eyes if you need an optometrist, opthalmologist...if you need eye surgery, you can put your trust in them!

We’re upset because we had a appointment with Dr Newsom are original appointment was supposed to be Wednesday and they call about a hour before we’re going to leave and cancel the appointment and when we asked if there is anyone else that we can see they told us no So they made the appointment for Friday with Dr Newsom we go over Friday and they took my husband back and told me that they would call me back after they did the Eye testing And come to find out that they didn’t call me back for almost an hour and the whole time my husband was sitting in another waiting room. They never tested nothing on his eyes until the doctor came in and it wasn’t even Dr. Newsome. It was another doctor that we did not know You need to be truthful with your clients if I make appointment with Dr. Newson I expectancy Dr. Newsome not somebody else. And then I don’t care for the way that you guys do your billing. I honestly think that what she gave us for a price for the work that my husband‘s haven’t done she’s overcharging us. I will contact my insurance company. Plus, I’ll contact your office to see if this amount is correct because it doesn’t make sense to me. They were in charge of one price for two eyes and then when she found out, it was only one eye instead of going down half price. It’s almost the same price. Something is not right.
