This is a truly first rate center! I have had two recent procedures here and the quality of care is the best. All personnel from check in employee to the nurses and anesthesiologists were very detailed oriented and patient comfort was always addressed and provided. The facility is very clean and run very well. There is always a follow up phone call the next day from a nurse to address any concerns regarding the procedure and ongoing care. My two visits get a 5 star review for both!

You would think they'd actually have photo's on their Google web page of where the Entrance is to that part of the building. Going there in two weeks for a procedure and all I know is that it's the same building as the Doctor's office. The PT Office is on the first floor and I'm guessing the entrance for this place is around the back. I use a walker to get around, but I'll try to take pictures on my way in so others can find the Surgery Center's door. Honestly their online questioner is a series of Yes/No questions which would be 10 pages long if on paper. The lack of creative/logical thinking is astounding. I took the survey 5 years ago from that company and they've added so many Yes/No questions I had to fill out again took me 30 minutes at least to fill it out. And that's with 70% of the answers filled out! Amazingly lazy thought process it took to make 100+ yes/no questions... I just can't fathom, maybe they think people are to stupid to tell you their medical history without yes/no questions.

All services provided were fantastic! I was told to be there on 08/20/2021 by 6am, they took care of me as I walked through the door. After filling out all the forms, I was immediacy taken to the pre-op area where I was greeted with the most friendly, caring, kind and fantastic staff! My Dr is Paul Pagano, what an amazing, kind and caring person he is, very gifted too, he personally contacted my emergency contact immediately after surgery to give an update, my friend told me "your doctor sounds amazing, very caring and thorough". At recovery, I was taken care of by the amazing nurse Tiffany, wow, she was so extremely sweet and caring! I was very nervous so I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's names, some were there for only a few minutes, but they were very nice also. I remember some that were there all the time, nurses Brittney, Susan and anesthesiologist Jose who came in several times. Again, I'm sorry I cannot remember all the names and I hope I have the right ones from the ones I do remember. Thank you all for taking such great care of me and making me fell safe and cared every single second I was there.

Caring and Convenient Recently, I had an outpatient procedure completed at The Center for Special Surgery and throughout the entire process - from check in to recovery - my experience was great. The admin reps, nurses, and Dr Hirshorn worked as a cohesive team to provide care for all of my needs with warmth, friendliness, and attention. While all associates were nice, two people stood out - Brittany and Marolyn - who provided constant attention and information, even during my post-op at home. I am very happy to have had my procedure completed here and I highly recommend this surgery center.

My experience this past Tuesday at the Center for Special Surgery in St. Petersburg, Florida was absolutely phenomenal! The staff there, from checking in to pre-op to the recovery room, were amazing! Everybody was extremely nice, caring, attentive, gentle, and explained things in an easy-to-understand way. Everybody there at the Center for Special Surgery, and I mean everybody, treated me with the utmost respect and kindness that one could ask for. They were constantly making sure I was comfortable and warm and asking me if I needed anything. When it was time for me to go home, I'd forgotten to get crutches so one of the staff walked across the street to Walgreens and purchased a pair of crutches for me out of her own money from her own pocket. I recommend the Center for Special Surgery to anyone to anyone who needs a procedure. They are above and beyond perfectionism.
