I was very pleased with the service I received from Skyway Surgery Center. They called before and after surgery. They also texted multiple times with sign -in info and instructions. Everyone there made me feel comfortable, I needed that because I am a big cry baby. The staff was courteous and professional. Thank you!!!!

Wasn’t greeted when I came in, lady just looked at me. Watched her be super nice to the staff. Then other patients came in and sane thing she wasn’t nice to them either. Staff do better, the reason you’re there is for the patients, not each other. Observed a nurse do the same thing.

I'm supposed to have surgery. They never called me back with instructions or arrival time. I called them twice to get info. Never returned my call. Now they are closed. So now what. Bad enough i had to find a ride. The ride taking time off from work and now no surgery with no calls to let me know what's going on. Screwed up bad.

SureSkyway Surgery Center is hands down the best surgical facility in town—better than any hospital! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their expertise. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was top-notch, and every step of the process was handled with efficiency and compassion. They made the entire experience as painless as possible—well, except for my hip replacement, of course! 😆 The team went above and beyond to ensure I was informed, at ease, and set up for a smooth recovery. The facility is clean, modern, and runs like a well-oiled machine. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone at Skyway Surgery Center for your outstanding care—you made a tough situation so much easier! If you need surgery, don’t hesitate—this is the place to go!

Well my surgical schedule was really messed up. We were greeted by the nurse manager who was very apologetic. Great customer service despite the mix up of dates
