I found this facility to be efficient with a caring staff. The anesthesiologist was simply amazing. He was the best I have met. I was very comfortable and highly recommend finding one of their doctors.
Best place in the world to get a colonoscopy if you have to. Staff is efficient and extremely friendly. My only bad experience is the security guard that checked ùs in at the 7th street entrance. He didn't have his name tag showing so I couldn't report him. Extremely unfriendly bordering on rude. The procedure for my girlfriend was on August 28th, 2025 and we went through security at 8AM. So you could probably look up the security guard that was working that shift.
Nurses are great. But Bobbi in billing can’t count. She’ll under quote your deductible significantly, then hold your procedure hostage the day of. Make sure to ask if you’re dealing with her, and request someone else if you are. She’s the most unpleasant/inarticulate of the group. But I suspect the entire department is under directions to engage in shady billing - whoever handles your account, have them itemize everything.
I've had two procedures done at this location and I must say that the Endoscopy unit is great! Everyone was kind. I had Kevin, Kelsey the nurse, and the anesthesia team. Everyone treated me well. They put me at ease. Dr Strickland has great bedside manners and you can tell she does care about you. Kelsey was very nice and very helpful! Thank you everyone! Keep up the good work!
They took my wife back and never came out and told me when she was taken to the procedure room, even though I watched them do this with others. A nurse would come out and tell the family, So-and-So is starting their procedure, it will take X minutes. We will come get you after they wake up. Some family members even went back before the procedure, but they never came and gave me that option. After waiting with no one coming to let me know she started, I finally asked and someone went to check. They told me she went back and was already underway. I asked how long it would take and was told they didn't know. After about an hour, the nurse comes and gets me. While going to my wife, she says that she was busy chatting and forgot to come get me. My wife had told them she wanted me to be there when the doctor came to speak to her. That didn't happen. My wife was awake and ready to go home. I was very upset that she had to wake up and be alone. The nurse immediately then tells me to leave and go get the car. So after a quick hello and are you okay, I'm sent out of recovery to get the car, only to wait 10-15 minutes for her to come down. I could have stayed with my wife and helped her get ready to go. We leave and realize they kept her reading glasses. So we had to go back for them. We will NEVER use this facility again. I'm so very disappointed.
