This is by far the best experience I’ve had. The staff was amazing. Shoutout to Andre, Heather, Katie, Tamara, Ivy and Katrina. Couldn’t have asked for a better team! Dr Glickenberger was amazing as well! Highly recommend ❤️

My appointment was for 9:20am. There were several folks ahead of me. I was apprehensive at first cause at 66 I know a no veins for an IV. I was on a gurney by 9:45am and as always the first nurse couldn't get the IV after two sticks I was passed along to another nurse who assessed everything prior, gave it one try and passed me to another nurse, and with hardly any effort removed the bandage from the earlier hand stick and I honestly hardly felt the pinch in my hand and it was aged in place and I awaited my place in line. Didn't feel anything when the first medicine was introduced, something to dry up the secretions as I was informed but upon my turn in the small but unmistakable OR room I was nervous 😓 and then they introduced the knock out drops. Boy it 🔥 burned, three times I said it's hurting real bad as if it was pooling only in my hand and not going into my veins. Tge nurse kept asking are you getting tired yet, of course I was about to ask them to remove that IV but I do remember getting sleepy by the third time she asked, and greatfully I awoke back behind the curtain where I had to undress. A word of advice if I may, I overheard a conversation with an elderly women awaiting her procedure, and she had to cancel hers and get it done at a hospital due to no veins. I'm also borderline no veins, but ironically that third nurse and probably last chance for my procedure to be done here, accomplished it as if sowing or knitting, really. Now here's the jaw dropper. Can anyone guess this nurses name? No,not "Nani D" my ex from Gulf Coast Medical Center. Lol. IVEY. SERIOUSLY. I'm not really sure how you would spell it, or if she was a nurse, struck me as an APRN or maybe even a young resident. I'll call next week by then I hope they don't recognize my voice and possibly risk embarrassment. Lol
