The staff and physicians are always professional and take time to listen and answer questions. They go out of their way to explain the procedure and make you comfortable. The feedback after the procedure is very detailed including pictures when adequate. A followup call the next morning was comforting and caring. I’ve been going here for over 15 years and highly recommend this center.
Dr. Rodriguez is very personal. Took the time to address my concerns about my procedure and even asked how my problem I had talked to his assistant, Meagan, about when I scheduled my procedure. Made me feel like he cared about me and was taking his time to take care of me. All the staff was professional and caring.
The experience with these people was amazing. Great service at the front desk. The intake nurse was very kind. The nurse administering the IV was gentle. I dont remember anything after that...... They called the next day to make sure I was OK. They made a not so desirable experience suprisingly nice.
The nurses were caring, attentive and gentle. Dr. Moto communicated before and after the procedure. In particular Malinda and Alexis (my attending nurses) put me at ease at every step of the procedure. Malinda did my IV port, she was so good I did not even feel it when she inserted the needle.
I contacted the clinic twice leading up to my first colonoscopy, as I had questions. Both times I had a return phone call within 30 minutes, with a wonderful young lady named Diamond. When I arrived for my appointment, Cindy was at the reception desk. She was excellent - friendly, informative, an outstanding first contact with the office. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. I was not kept waiting, everything was right on schedule. The staff is excellent and the office well managed.
