Dr Fuhrmeister I believe is awesome but two of the front staff are very rude to certain people and they were gossiping about a lady who was asking lots of questions. Soon as she walked off two of them were talking about her and laughing at her. Also I stood up front and the lady the really skinny girl with long brown hair that wears black glasses just looked at me then she finally asked me what was my name with an attitude. She had an attitude the whole time. But the n xt person walks up to her that was behind me and she was extremely nice to them. They pick and choose who they are nice to and that's not right at all. I use to love coming here but I might see if I can be seen else where because that's a little discriminating and I'm not pleased at all. 😡😡😡

Dr. Fuhrmeister is best of the best. However, I called and left messages 5 days......no response. So, today I left another message to call me and change my upcoming appointment. You can;t get anybody on the phone and leaving messages doesn't work.

I was on the verge of being sent away by the doctor at my first visit, telling me they couldn't do anything for my pain. I questioned if they had looked at my imaging, and they had not. Dr. F. did an ablation, which did help. When I asked at my follow-up about addressing hip pain, the doctor told me they weren't going to address it and I needed to "exercise and get stronger." I was unable to engage them over the pain issues being exacerbated by the PT, and I have opted to discontinue as a patient. Poor communication, poor bedside manner, lack of empathy.

So far so good, it sucks that my health insurance doesn’t cover TOC physical therapy and had to go with HCA referral, it is a new journey for me with my back issues as I have tears in my disc, that started with herniated disc in my back cause severe radiating pain that I have never felt before. It’s scary to be physically fit to then one day sleep wrong and end up shifting back out of position and effects gait of walk. I really do hope they can help and so far so good. TOC urgent was fast and kind. I wish I could have been seen sooner but understand that they are a popular office to visit. I know everyone is different in their recovery and situation and hope that my words of encouragement help others to keep their chin up. It is not easy for a man to ask for help and it’s definitely not easy to live a fast past life and have to slow down. Do take this time to heal and be thankful for opportunities that are given to us as it could always be worse. I will update anything new or relevant. Good luck to all that have to go down this road to recovery. Also I have found that TEMU have a lot of lumbar support items a lot cheaper than Amazon though it might take long it’s still good savings.
