Everybody is great there. I really do not have a complaint. I was in there today and everything went really well. Both my doctor Dr. O I love him. I love all the nurse practitioners well the one that I have he’s a great guy anyway anyways the only complaint like I said that I have is nobody ever answers the phone and if somebody dies, it’s transferred over to an answering system and they have no clue what they’re talking about and most of the time I can’t understand them.Ok

Terrible place. 95% of all staff were cold and treated you like you didn't matter. They were rough at handling you. Came in at 8:30 and didn't get out till 2:15. Hours of waiting. No magazines. TV boring station too low and in a bad place. No heads up that there is a normal waiting time of 2hrs and then 2 more in line for surgery. I hated this place

I love my Doctor but this surgery center is ridiculous they scheduled me for 6:45 and it is 11 right now and I still haven't had my procedure SMH these people really need to get it together they act as if people have nothing better to do than to sit and listen to them socializing. The care was so bad I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

To begin, This location is super disorganized and the staff is unprofessional. My boyfriend had a procedure done yesterday and we were there for 5 hours. It’s ridiculous. The waiting room was packed. Several patients were upset and complaining.. and sore from waiting. Many suffer from severe back pain and can hardly walk or sit for long periods of time. This place was over booked. Being that this location is for your spine, for treatment and procedure done on the spine. Which is very delicate and serious procedure. In addition, this location (not once but twice) failed to confirm insurance coverage. This is nonsense.

I had an appointment with Dr.Colle and I must say, I was nervous because of reading prior reviews, that bad reviews are because of the wait, so I decided to take a chance and keep my appointment, IM SO GLAD I DID. My appointment was at 10. I got called back at 11:15am. The nurse was amazing and explained everything to me and prepared me for my Injections. She gave me an IV and I didn’t even feel it. Then the anesthesiologist came and met me and explained everything to me and what he was going to do, after that they brought me to the back for Dr.Colle to start the process. Dr. Colle then explained everything he was going to do and asked if I had any questions before he started, I said no you explained everything to me . The anesthesiologist then told me count to 5, then your going to sleep. They started at 12:30 and finished by 1. Everything was perfect and I was so comfortable. Please don’t let the bad reviews about running over time. You can rush perfection. If you read the review none of them are bad reviews regarding the Dr not doing his job right , all the reviews are just about waiting long. The waiting room and surgery room was super clean and smelled fresh and clean. I will definitely be back. Thank your for a great experience . I even received a check up email from the nurse the next day:) I posted how clean the area is and the next day text, checking up on me.
