Had my hysterectomy here yesterday 6/25/25 and everyone was so nice. I was nervous and they made me feel at ease. Thank you to Nurse Danielle, Alicia, and April the young pregnant nurse. You guys make a great team. Also want to thank the CRNA’s Anthony and Kaitlynd, you both were very thorough on explaining to me what to expect. To my transporters Duke and Amara, thank you for being so kind. I can’t end this review without thanking my surgeon Dr. V. Andikyan. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and updating my family. I appreciate you all. Tiki Ortiz

It's incredible that they constructed this stunning new surgical facility, yet there's only one bathroom located on the main floor within the spacious lobby, which has just two stalls. With the constant flow of people coming in and out, I couldn't even use the restroom yesterday due to individuals in wheelchairs occupying it—it's quite absurd. Big big design flaw!! Furthermore, the coffee vending machine is nearly non-functional; it's out of cups, and the only option available is plain coffee, as everything else is sold out.

I had an outpatient procedure on March 7th (Radiofrequency Ablation. The anesthesiologist did not watch me close enough and allowed me to wake up in the middle of surgery. You can't imagine how that feels. Also, I read her produce note and she stated, adequate anesthesia. I think not

They knew about my surgery (which was a simple injection, for 3 weeks ahead of time, and NO contact or information during those 3 weeks.). The pathetic Brandon location is in network, my surgeon is in network and the injection was pre authorized and approved by my insurance company. So,WHY did the Brandon facility decide to wait until the afternoon before my surgery to push back & send me an invoice for +$5,700. They said it was a ā€œcoding errorā€, especially when I pointed out that I had maxed out my 2023 deductible for the year…..what a surprise, the Brandon location that said it couldn’t ā€œchangeā€ anything and then changed and said my false out of pocket was instead +$1,600. [There own staff agreed with me that I owed 85 cents on my deductible and didn’t understand why there was an issue.]. I showed up at my injection procedural at 5:50am. Turns out, I had to wait while they were dealing with/ checking in ā€œrealā€ people. After 3 weeks of approving this procedure, they couldn’t tell me what the ā€œnon approved charges were nor after telling me that ā€˜at this late a time’ nothing could be changed but yet, because of my pushback, the cost of my procedure went from +$5,700 to +$1,600. How did that happen? ??? But yet, upon arrival, they canceled my procedure, with no explanation other than to point the fingers elsewhere. This facility is all about making money and doesn’t care AT ALL about the patients, Patients beware. It’s only because I knew what my deductible was and pushed back on this, They don’t care about patient care. It’s only about money, money, money.. (I saw SO many people paying for things before their surgeries that they had no idea about…) Apparently, TGH Brandon couldn’t make enough money on my injection and decided from here on out, that they don’t do SI I injections. How pathetic is that? My surgeons said they cancelled 4 other procedures like mine. Before warned. - TGH Brandon is only out for themselves as money hungry grubbing corporate enterprises. They don’t care about you, as the patient and will ask you for money upfront, that you don’t owe and NEVER refund.
