Yet again another three hr wait for a appointment this is redculous!!. What's the point of a appointment if you have to wait hours to be seen ! and even more time for a single shot I understand the recovery time But the time management here is outrageous Last time we were told it's not usually like this but yet again it's the same experience. 3 hours for a single nerve shot that had a appointment. !!!!

Completely ridiculous! This practice obviously has a pattern of calling patients the night before to adjust appointment times, told they will be the first patient when they arrive, only to walk in to a completely full waiting room. DO NOT come to this office with plans to do anything else the rest of the day. The staff can be nice, but are asked to lie to patients over the phone about future appointments and the obvious standard operating procedures of constantly overbooking patients have made this staff open to constant criticism directed at them, which has only caused this attitude of complacency throughout their office with no hope of changing any time soon. If this were not so, they would show a lot more respect for the value of everyone's time and not just their own. It's GREED, plain and simple.

This place is shady as they come. I had a procedure scheduled for 9am, was called the night before that my time slot was moved to 2pm. Now I do understand that there are other surgeries that require priority. Here's where things go down the drain. The same lady that I spoke with told me there would be a 250 dollar charge since the facility is out of network. I asked several pinpointed questions which she was unable to answer as she stated "I'm helping someone else with your chart. I will do some research and call you in the morning to answer your questions." You guessed it, no call back. I called around 12 to find out what's going on and was given a very lawyer like response by Christine. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION OF WOULD I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. Not trusting them, I called my insurance who informed me that no authorization was given to the facility for the procedure and that yes, I would have had to pay them out of pocket since they are out of network. This place is shady and greedy for money. Do not use them for your own sanity sake!

To give my honest opinion, I don’t feel that this place deserves a poor rating. Management is not the best, hopefully in time that will get better. More training is necessary. The Doctors are great the medical team is great . Operations of the facility definitely needs improvement . I’m praying that in time things will get better. I’m very patient, I have gone to many pain Dr’s Dr Jones is the best ! I’ pray that everything else will work out ! Maybe more experienced baby boomers need to be hired

Booked for a pain management procedure here. They had three weeks between the booking and the procedure. Got a call the night before that I was cancelled for insurance reasons. I had already taken off work and my daughter did also. So in 3 weeks neither the doctors office or the surgery center communicated with me- I already had a bad feeling. I've had surgeries at other surgery centers and the communication was excellent; I think my insurance saved me from a disorganized mess. Meanwhile, two people lost a days work and I have no plan for my pain.
