I had a medical outpatient medical procedure on 11/25/25. I paid them their fee at that time. I have called and left messages to their billing department and have not called back. They overcharged me by over $1000 and it's pretty obvious they do NOT want to pay me back. Ugh...BTW, the surgical staff is very nice and caring.

My sister had a medical procedure there and died less than 5 hours later in August 18th. Nurses sent her home even though she couldn't speak, and when her care giver called to report complications from the procedure, they said to put her in bed instead of calling 911 or taking her to the ER where life saving procedure could have been performed. Their lack of care lead to her death.

I had my foot surgery here. The staff was EXCELLENT. Front desk, nurses, recovery...impeccable. A shout out to anesthesiologist, Dr. Omar. He knocked me out JUST ENOUGH. I was awake, lucid, and on my way home way easier than expected. To those whose names I did not mention, I apologize and still thank you so much.

I had the most amazing experience at this surgical center for a cosmetic procedure. Amanda, Tim & Jenn made me feel extremely comfortable and even made me laugh with jokes, which helped because I was nervous. The level of care i experienced is hard to come by these days, but it was extremely obvious that all 3 of them have a passion for this field. Thank you again for making my experience the best it could be!!

I had surgery on my foot on 11/28 and I must say it was the best surgery experience I’ve ever had. The facility is beautiful. As a nurse, I am super picky and everything was clean, modern and efficient. From the minute I walked in, I was treated like royalty. Angie helped me on the front, my nurse Tim explained everything to me and was kind and funny. Amanda was so kind and started my IV perfectly. My OR nurse Melissa was fabulous and so was Voni. My anesthesiologist was superior! Dr. Hankerson was so thorough and understood my anxiety and made me feel at ease. My surgeon Dr. Craig was awesome. He explained everything and updated my husband when the surgery was over. This is a great team and so much better than other outpatient surgery centers in Tampa. I would give ten stars if I could. Thank you!
