The care provided by this facility is outstanding, with nurses and staff demonstrating remarkable kindness and compassion. My comfort and safety were ensured throughout, thanks in part to the exceptional care provided by nurse Jeremy and the anesthesiologist. UPDATE: Following my second visit, I remain highly impressed and recommend CASS for outpatient surgery in the Tampa area.

CASS is very clean, the atmosphere in waiting room, pre-op & recovery areas are very relaxing and comfortable. The service I received from Nurses Kathy and Laurie was outstanding; they provided friendly and professional care and were very reassuring and attentive. Even Jeremy who called me the day before my procedure was great! The anesthesiologists put me at ease and answered all my questions. Everyone I came in contact with are superb professionals. Thank you all!! ☺️

I recently had the privilege of undergoing a procedure at CASS, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in every member of the staff exhibited the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The facility itself was impeccably clean and organized, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming, and the surgical rooms were spotless, instilling confidence in the hygiene standards. Throughout the entire process, I felt cared for and supported by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. During my pre-op consultation, the surgical team took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all of my questions, alleviating any concerns I had. On the day of the surgery, the nurses and anesthesiologist were incredibly attentive and reassuring, further easing my nerves. Post-op, the staff continued to provide exceptional care, monitoring my recovery closely and providing clear instructions for follow-up care. Overall, my experience at CASS was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of surgical care.
