Have had several excellent experiences at this location. Was in today and cannot express how amazing the care was. Karen’s pre-appt call was perfect as usual, answering all of my questions and being very careful with the details for prep. Day of - Heidi, was wonderful in explaining the docs and next steps. Kara, Savanah and Mellissa took great care of me through the procedure while Debbie and Alex were so caring in post-op. I barely sat waiting at any point. This place operates with extreme efficiency and meticulous care. Highly recommend!

Everyone was kind, facility was nice & easy to locate!!! My Only complaint was that my nurse Wasn’t able to give me the Winning Lottery Numbers!! LOL she was great & very attentive!!!! Thanks, A. Griffin

The nursing staff and Dr Ahmed were absolutely amazing-very professional, caring, and attentive. They make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. However, I noticed an opportunity for improvement at the front desk. When I arrived the first interaction focused immediately on asking for my drivers license and insurance. A warm greeting and brief introduction can make a big difference in creating a positive first impression for patients.

I did my endoscopy and the procedure from the time I entered the building until I left was very good and smooth and the staff, nurses and the doctors was above and beyond with me. Everything was great and well explained pre and post the procedure. Thanks and I appreciate it this high quality of care.
