I came to pick up my wife from a procedure and stopped by the front desk to check her status. I was told rudely by clerk #1 that they would call a half hour before she was ready. OK, so I left to get some breakfast. 5 minutes later my wife texted me that she is ready for pickup! Get it together, this can't be that hard!!! She did say the nurses in back were nice, so I didn't give one star. Looks like some leadership is needed here.

I wasn't pleased with the facility. There were no cleaners disinfecting the bays after each patient. Just clean beds. That is gross. The staff was extremely loud, always on their phones and not concerned about the patients. After the procedure, no water, juice, or crackers were offered. The doctor didn't dismiss findings either. Very poor operations.

Every one is caring far and above and their attention to explain needed details is all exemplary. I have no words to describe how thankful and appreciative of every one's service. Continue this high standard for more years to come

Excellent service and treatment. I had both endoscopy and colonoscopy and was treated like a king. Sasha was professional, polite and asked me many times if I was comfortable or needed anything. I have neck problems and Sasha assured I had a pillow and neck support. The rest of the staff was good as well but Sasha stood out for her kindness. Definitely a well run center. Thank you to the whole team.

Everyone at TBEC were very kind, caring and professional. From the moment I was checked in by reception, I felt at ease. The medical assistant who took me back was so very kind and all about making sure I was comfortable and my dignity was preserved. Those that assisted Dr. Chang with my procedure were very calm and caring. They each explained their role during the procedure. I get really nervous having anything done, but I felt I was in good hands. The nurses and assistants who worked behind the scenes after the procedure were fantastic and all of them had the BEST bedside manner. I appreciate everyone there and the care they give to their patients.
